A Sacrifice of Praise

A Sacrifice of Praise

What does that really mean?

What is “A Sacrifice of Praise”?

A sacrifice of praise is not just a popular song that some of you might or might not remember.  A sacrifice of praise is more than just a cute Sunday School phrase.  What’s a true sacrifice of praise? Continue reading A Sacrifice of Praise

Video Alert: Watch a Thick Skinned Breastfeeding Mom’s Reaction

Being online implies that you've got thick skin

If you’re going to be online, in any way at all, you’re going to need to have:

THICK SKIN!

It doesn’t matter if you’re a WooCommerce Plugin author, a WordPress Plugin developer, the admin of a large Facebook group, or anything else.  If you’re going to be online, you are going to need to develop thick skin.

Please note that I’m not talking about calloused, numb, dead skin.  I’m talking about thick skin.  It’s the ability to have discernment between what comments matter, which replies have merit, and what comments need to be deleted from your mind, your heart, and your soul.

Watch as these two ladies do a public stunt.  One’s going to have her cleavage hanging out, the other is going to have her cleavage hanging out with her kiddo attached eating some of momma’s lunch!  Now, put aside any feelings for / against public breast feeding for a minute. There’s something else I want you to focus on……

 Watch the people commenting!

The point here is not to be callous.  Actually that’s not the point at all.  The point is to know that you’ll need thick skin.  And when appropriate, you can determine what and who you allow to get under your skin.

Hope it blesses you. Now share and go bless someone else!

  • Don’t you wish you would have started your WordPress Journey sooner?
  • Ever think to yourself, “Hmm…. I wonder how much further I’d be if I’d learned this stuff years ago!”

What is HappyJoe? Well, I won’t do a huge behemoth of a write up.

Go check ’em out for yourself: Continue reading HappyJoe
